It was a reasonably spacious accommodation with a well-maintained garden. Enthusiastic staff, and the best host ever. Service was attentive as was the easy check-out experience.

in our opinion, it' s the best base for travelling to leeds. host treated us very well. boasts pleasant views. the bed was comfortable, hardly wanted to go outside. having kitchenette was a huge help. had a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and soft bathrobes in the bathroom, that was nice.
